Goober came out with a full head of hair. Most people who saw him, their first words tended to be “that hair!” Of course, the flip side of that means we need to cut it sooner than expected. With COVID, we didn’t want to risk taking him to get it done, so we bought baby clippers (adorable!) on Amazon and decided to do it at home. After all, I cut the hubby’s hair – same premise, right??
Let’s just say, it was an adventure. The first time, it wasn’t so bad.. He was a little too small so I had to freehand rather than use the attachments. The second time (he needed one every 2 months or so), it was a lot of bribing with baby crack (aka Gerber puffs), but we did it. My sister kept trying to say he needed the Asian bowl cut (Google pictures and you’ll see), but I went “I’m not doing that to my son!” Well..a month or so after the second haircut, you can see what happened… It turned into a bowl cut anyway! It’s the Asian curse. Time for another haircut.
